Mixer la mangue au mixeur plongeant. M\u00e9langer \u00e0 froid la ma\u00efzena et le citron (ajouter un peu d&rsquo;eau froide si besoin pour d\u00e9layer), ajouter \u00e0 la mangue mix\u00e9e. Laisser \u00e9paissir quelques minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;une cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse comme une cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re.
